Elearning:NewLMS/Accessing BB Collaborate tool

Blackboard users will need to connect to VPN (Virtual Private Network) to access the Collaborate tool (Virtual Classroom/Chat tool).
Users should install VPN: UBC-IT Virtual Private Network then log in to Blackboard Learn to access the tool.
