The process
- Choose someone to take a few notes and share your group's observations during the question debriefings.
- Reflect on the questions and share your thoughts keeping in mind the following:
- each participant has a right and an opportunity to speak
- every idea has value and can contribute to learning
- individual contributions are recognized
- participants are responsible for their own learning
- Debrief with the larger group
