By default the carousel in the theme options only allows linking each featured image to a post. To allow images to be linked to a page please do the following.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Custom Fields. Enable Post URL overwrite.
  2. Go to one of the featured post (a post that is categorized in the Featured cateogry). In the box Post URL Redirect enter in the URL of the page that this links should link to.
