Anthos Labtec Instrument LP 400 Microplate reader
  1. Please obtain proper training from the FNH teaching lab technician Imelda Cheung (Imelda.Cheung@ubc.ca) prior to using the microplate reader.
  2. Turn on the power (located at the front left) of the microplate reader.
  3. Turn on the power (located at the right) of the printer.
  4. To select wavelength, press “FAST”, then “PLATE” and select wavelength using the up and down arrows (620, 450, 550, 492, 405 nm). Choose the appropriate wavelength and press “ENTER”.
  5. Place the microplate in the slot, press “ENTER” to read plate.
  6. After printing, remove plate from the slot and turn off both the microplate reader and the printer.
