This 2010 edition of the UBC Guide for New Researchers is intended for new members of the UBC research community. This guide provides advice about available research support services, funding opportunities, research offices, and relevant policies and procedures.
Although it may be used as a standalone resource, this guide is intended to complement the curriculum of the annual Research Orientation Day, hosted by the Office of the Vice President Research & International. For more information, visit www.research.ubc.ca. This guide is maintained by the Office of the Vice President Research & International, but members of the UBC research community are invited to contribute to and update it as new information becomes available. |
