Deletion of videos from Faculty Repository:
Question: I contributed a video from My Media to the Faculty Repository. If I delete the video from the Faculty Repository, will it be also removed from My Media? |
Answer: No, you will still have the video in My Media.
Question: I contributed a video to the Faculty Repository and someone used it in his/her course. What happens if I delete it? |
Answer: When a video is deleted from the Faculty repository, it will also be deleted from any other courses that might use the video. There is a way to make an entire clip from the video and add it to My Media independently from the initial video. This option is available only if the owner of the video allowed making clips of the video.
