Between May and August 2019, the Digital Tattoo project team engaged in the in-depth process of designing and developing a series of case study scenarios for students of the PharmD program at UBC, in consultation with the literature, practising pharmacists, pharmacy educators, and student pharmacists.

Learning Outcomes

As a workshop participant, you have the opportunity to:

  • Evaluate and build your confidence in decision-making about posting and sharing content online
  • Apply official standards, guidelines, and resources to support decision-making online
  • Describe the multiple perspectives/stakeholders at play in each scenario and the implications for yourself as an emerging pharmacist
  • Identify key issues and opportunities related to digital identities in the health sciences
