You can edit your privacy options to control what information appears in Connect and who can see it.

This document will show you how to:

  • Access your privacy options
  • Set your privacy settings

Access your privacy options

  1. From the top menu bar, click My Connect
  2. In the Tools module click Personal Information
  3. Click Set Privacy Options

Set your privacy settings

  1. In the Personal Information section, check the check-box of the information you want visible to other course participants (e.g. instructors, students)
  2. Under Directory Status, set if you want your information included in the student directory
  3. In Email Options, check the check-box next to the courses you do not want your email address available to students
  4. In Roster Options, check the check-box next to the courses you do not want to appear in the student roster
  5. Click Submit
