Programs and Workshops

We offer a variety of programs and seminars to support the UBC teaching community enhance their teaching with global citizenship. Those programs and seminars serve you not only as learning opportunities but also as networking opportunities to meet and share ideas with colleagues who are interested in global citizenship teaching and learning.

Global Citizenship Faculty Cohort Program

We offered a program called the Global Citizenship Faculty Cohort Program in the academic year 2009-2010, and there is a possibility that the program will be offered again in the near future.

It is a year-long program involving intensive workshop sessions, follow-up sessions throughout an academic year to support the UBC teaching community members engage in a teaching enhancement project to build or bolster global citizenship learning in a course, program or educational resource and to investigate the impacts of the teaching enhancement.
