2026 CTLT Winter Institute

The 2026 Winter Institute provides an opportunity to consider how students’ intersecting social, cultural, and political identities and experiences—including race, ability/disability, gender and sexual identity and orientation, class, migration, age, language, and more—shape their experiences of teaching, learning, and belonging. Through an intersectional pedagogy lens, educators are encouraged to examine whose experiences and perspectives are represented, who may face barriers to participation, and how we can create learning environments where all students feel seen, respected, and able to succeed.

The 2026 CTLT Winter Institute is an opportunity to come together as a teaching community to share practical tools, strategies, and inclusive practices that bring intersectional approaches into our teaching and learning spaces.
