PEER REVIEW- written by Aubrey and Kaitlyn DeCruz

Overall, we thought that your page was very informative and seemed to have all the necessary information mentioned. We just had a few things to mention: -The introductory paragraph was well worded. We see that your group talked about the type of instrument an accordion is and what it is capable of doing. We would like to suggest using the introductory paragraph to talk more about the history and its origins; so moving the third paragraph as the intro and move the first paragraph where the third paragraph was. Wiki usually eases talking about the topic by first presenting it as a historical piece when talking about instruments. -The content list is nicely organized and easy to follow, good headings and a good transition from topic to topic. -We felt that the website lacked references when citing a source and paraphrasing- we found that there were no in-text citations in the paragraphs themselves. The references were at the end of the page, but you also want to tell your readers where you got the information by providing the citations if you have paraphrased something. -We would also highly recommend placing Fig titles on the pictures of the accordion themselves so that you can keep track how many images you have added on the page. I thought that the descriptions were informative and showcased what was in the photo. -The word count is within the range. -Good writing style overall, very easy to follow and read with clear explanations. -As for the physics content, there was a good amount of information mentioned about the free reeds, tuning, harmonic series as well as the diagrams. I thought that there was an equal amount of physics content and non physics content. -Your descriptions of the varieties of different types and aspects/characteristics of the accordion was thoroughly described. -Your description of the structure of the instrument and the in-depth detailed explanation of how it is played by the musician was well thought out.
