This is an excellently constructed final answer, and Wiki entry, for Q4. Notable features include: the stepwise approach to answering the question (allowing the reader to pace them self in amassing an understanding of the subject matter); the toggling between a general approach to the subject matter and a case-based approach (allowing the reader to first understand the general principles before applying them to the the case at hand); molecular and cellular detailing; and, excellent use of diagrams, including acknowledging their source, and of tables. The one area that needs more attention is the referencing - I noted quite a few references that were referred to in the text that were missing from the list of references at the end.
