Using the information about sound from 7. Orality & Physical Behavior/Physical Characteristics to create a new section at the beginning of the page

Putting 5. Psychodynamics of Orality next and including a lot of the overlapping information from sections 2. Language, 4. Culture, and 8. Orally based thought here.
