Does a user play the game with the computer or with another user? I guess the answer is the former.

The something extra you wrote may not be considered as the in-depth part. It is an easy extension of the game, which can be included as the basic part.

Here are my suggestions for the in-depth part. The game has different difficulty levels. The intelligent agent adopts different strategies based on the difficulty level that is given when the game starts. This is somehow analogous to the magic-sum game we have been doing in lectures.
