I am fond of your project topic.

Where did you find the dataset? Can you briefly explain the columns and rows of the dataset? Are there better features that are not included in the dataset? These are some questions that you need to let us know.

For the basic part, you need to implement a Naïve Bayes classifier in Haskell. This may not be counted as something in-depth. For the in-depth part, you may optimise the Haskell implementation and compare it with implementations in other languages. You may also compare it with WEKA.
