Biography: Zhikuan Wang is a first-year student in the Vantage Arts program at the University of British Columbia. His academic interests lie at the intersection of digital media, political communication, and Chinese society. He hopes this work will contribute to a deeper understanding of contemporary soft propaganda practices.
