Abstract

This study assesses the efficacy of walnut shell decoction as a natural teeth-whitening alternative compared to commercial products. It is framed within the context of growing consumer preference for sustainable and health-conscious dental solutions. The research highlights the environmental and health impacts of chemical whiteners. Over a two-month trial, it measures changes in dental coloration using both treatments, utilizing a standardized tooth shade guide and photographic records for data collection. This comparative analysis seeks to provide critical insights into the effectiveness of natural substances in dental cosmetics.
