Forest-covering Rate Among Five Countries From 1990 to 2020

Abstract

This study aimed to find the country that has the largest forest-covering rate among Canada, the United States, Australia, the UK, and Russia from 1990 to 2020. In this study, better greening of forest coverage rate was determined with the interpreting interaction of forest and environment can be accessed. The data on the forest-covering rate of different countries was collected online. Charts were created by using Excel for each country that demonstrated the forest coverage, separated by every ten years, including the years and the value of forest covering. The average values of the forest-covering rate of each country were compared with others. It was hypothesized that Russia has the largest forest covering rate as it has the largest land area.
