Evaluation of Quality of Free-range Eggs and Caged Eggs

Abstract

This research is focused on the features of free-range eggs and caged eggs. The research question is: Is the quality of free-range eggs different from caged eggs? The research question can be answered through data collection and comparative analysis. The data will be collected from representative samples, including journal articles on egg research and self-generated surveys. To analyze the data, each egg will be identified and compared for size, weight, colour, and taste. It is expected that the free-range eggs will be of a higher quality. As there have been few previous studies assessing the impact of individual characteristics of free-range and caged eggs on their quality from multiple perspectives, this study fills a gap in this area of research and will help to provide more nutritious eggs to the public in the future.
