Biography of Elaine

One of the research team member is Elaine. The reason for Elaine to choose the topic related to meat consumption is that she is interested to find out other international students' attitudes towards eating meat. For her, meat is an essential part of her daily meals. However, she is curious about other people's attitudes and reasons behind their choices and would like to explore deeper about it.

Biography of Sebrina

Another member in the team is Sebrina. She chose to explore the topic of meat consumption because she learned about how meat production impacts the environment when she was in middle school. She is really concerned about this issue as the population and the demand of meat increase. In order to appeal for the awareness of meat consumption as a sustainable issue, she would like to investigate the reasons for people to eat meat.

Biography of Tiana

Another researcher is Tiana. She would like to study the topic about meat consumption because she found that people’s consumption of meat has not decrease, even most people know that this will affect our environment. Thus, she wants to know whether the people have the awareness to reduce meat consumption. Moreover, she wants to investigate whether gender differences will affect humans' awareness of reducing meat consumption.

Biography of Nicole

The other research member in the team is Nicole. She would like to know more about meat consumption because she read the news last year which indicated that the meat consumption was decreasing compared with previous years. However, she has gotten the impression that people's demand for meat has been continued to increase because of population growth. To explore the reason why the trend of meat consumption has changed, she chose this topic.
