Qualitative identity: X and Y share all the same properties except for their relational properties.

Example of two objects that are qualitatively identical but not numerically identical: Buying a pair of socks. The two socks are qualitatively identical, as they share all of the same appearances and properties. However, they are still distinct socks in that you could be wearing both at any one time.
