Software

For Mac users: Grapher is graphing software (and much more) included as a standard utility with the MacOS X operating system. You can find it in /Applications/Utilities/Grapher.app. It's a fantastic program. Spend a little time learning how to use it properly and you will be greatly rewarded with all kinds of intuition about how functions behave and misbehave.
