An open-top cylinder of volume $648\pi$ cubic centimetres is to be constructed. The material used for its bottom piece costs 15 cents per square centimetre et the material used for its sides costs 5 cents per square centimetres. What are the dimensions of the cylinder which will minimize its production cost?
