Hey, I would suggest reading 3.1 "Introducing the Derivative," I found it really helpful to look over the examples and some of the questions which involved graphs in order to get a visual of derivatives. The first derivative is what you were asked to find in a bunch of the other webwork questions from this week f'(x). A second derivative (f(x)) is when you find the derivative of the first derivative.
So basically the process is:
f(x) ---> f'(x) ---> f(x)
I hope this isn't too confusing!
