Course Overview
The goal for this course is to introduce students to Requirements Management as a part of an information management project life-cycle. The main focus will be on techniques and practices used to gather, analyse and capture requirements; requirements influence and interdependencies with project vision, scope, user interface design and development decisions; as well as user acceptance and training. We will also pay special attention to requirements as a communication tool with stakeholders and within the project team. An additional goal for the course is to demonstrate to participants how their skills and knowledge can be applied to non-traditional environments and what roles they can effectively play with their skill set.
