Inclusive and accessible physical activities are essential for fostering a society where everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and benefit from a healthy and active lifestyle. This approach aligns with broader goals of equality, dignity, and respect for all individuals. The following is a compilation of inclusive physical activity resources for people with disability, especially the elders with Spinal Cord Injury.
