Introduction

Inclusive and accessible physical activities are essential for fostering a society where everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and benefit from a healthy and active lifestyle. The following is a compilation of inclusive physical activity resources for people with disability, especially the elders with Spinal Cord Injury. This list was generated by Shenghuai (Charlie) Zha from KIN 341: Instructional Strategies for Including Persons with Disabilities in Physical Activity, instructed by Dr. Jasmin Ma.[1]
