Ultimate Tic Tac Toe

What is the problem?

Ultimate Tic Tac Toe is a twist on the original game. In order to win, a player must claim 3 boards in a row, on a 3x3 grid of boards. Each board is a game of the original Tic Tac Toe. This is taken from this blog post, which has more details of the game.

What is the something extra?

We'd like to create an interactive GUI for players to play the game.
