The Open Clip Art Library (OCAL) is a collaborative collection of clip art style images available for use, for free, with no restrictions. Images are created and uploaded by OCAL users. The images are organized by title, tags, and occasionally, into user created collections.

License

Unless otherwise noted, all images in OCAL are available for use because they have been dedicated by the owner to the public domain. The image creator has voluntarily waived his or her copyright to the image. The image can be downloaded, used, shared, modified, and used commercially. No attribution or citation is required; however, the artists would appreciated a link back to the original image source if possible.
