                        Enclosed you will
please find [mine] of a lot of lumber all 
I believe No 1 quality. This lumber I
purchased here at auction and a portion
of I expect to ship on board the Moniter
She is daily Expected and as she will
have immediate dispatch will soon be in
your city  I wish you to dispose of the
lumber on arrival and probably the balance
will be sent by next oppor tunity the full 
particulars will be sent by the vessel &
also by mail  The proceeds you will please
deposit in Bank of British Columbia to
my credit directing to telegraph here that 
Said amount has been paid in
