received.  I want to sell the beans as I have 
More here than I can Sell this Season 
Mr Edward Green went down last steamer 
you probably Saw him and he has probably 
given you our ideas  Mine are to sell 
as [well] as you can  Weather warm and 
business dull.

Description: This letter to Royal Fisk was written by J.A. McCrea in Victoria, Vancouver Island on June 22, 1863.  McCrea wrote about their trade in beans, and indicated that Edward Green has travelled (to San Francisco) to speak with Fisk about it.  McCrea commented that business is slow, and the weather warm.
