Louis-Antonin was, of the two Neurdein brothers, the one who traveled to capture vistas, landscapes, architectures and types in Algeria, Belgium and France. His brother Etienne made the portraits in the Paris studio, being its administrator.

Description
Portrait of an Ouled Naïl woman dressed in a white tunic and veil. She complements her outfit with a multitude of jewelry: a headdress, earrings, chokers, necklaces and bracelets. The "earrings" dangle from a chain on her head, not from her ears.
