Summary

Description
English: What is at the top is typically dictated by those in positions of power and leadership— those who decide what happens with the group, what is the course of action the group should be taking.

However, as these decisions are made and the spotlight is on them, there are less visible reactions that occur under the waterline that may come in the form of resistance.

Resistance can be understood as a form of minority wisdom or expression of difference by those not in positions of leadership. The more that power or leadership is top down, the more a reaction or resistance is likely to arise.
