Description
English: Lithic assemblage
 9 flint artefacts 
1, Core, 5% cortex, multiple flaking scars removed from both the top and the bottom. Grey colour with creamy patches. Date, Late Mesolithic.
2, Core rejuvenation flake, 30% cortex on the dorsal, one side has a slight notch the retouch is semi-abrupt, parallel 7mm long. Date, possibly Bronze Age.
3, Core rejuvenation flake, multiple flaking scars on the dorsal, bulb of percussion on the ventral. One of the sides has been retouched with low angled, sub-parallel direct removal flakes. Grey colour with light grey patches. Date, probably Neolithic.
4, Debitage, semi-circular in cross section, there are no discernable working surfaces, creamy patina with darker mottling, one side is slightly orange. Date, prehistoric.
5, Debitage, cortex covering the dorsal, grey flint, no working edges. Date, prehistoric.
6, Debitage, 75% cortex, three flaking platforms around the flint, no working edges. Date, prehistoric.
7, Core, multiple flaking scars removed from both the top and the bottom. Grey colour with creamy patches. Date, probably Neolithic.
8, Side and end scraper, cortex running down the length of the right side of the artefact, the bottom and left side have abrupt stepped roughly knapped direct retouch. Brownish grey colour, there is the remains of a patina in the top section of the dorsal, therefore this flint was reused from a much earlier piece. Date, the side and end scraper is Bronze Age, the original flint tool is unknown as no diagnostic parts remain.
9, Debitage, multiple flaking scars around the flint, no working edges. Date, prehistoric.
