Troubleshooting Tips

1. I'm connected to the IKBLC 2.22 Wireless Network but not getting any internet, help!
   1. To fix this issue, this reset the router inside the Lecturn by unplugging the power cord from the back of the router, waiting a few seconds, then plugging it back in again
   2. This will reset the router which should fix any internet connectivity issues
2. I can't hear any sound, help!
   1. Make sure the input device (your laptop, Room PC, etc) isn't muted
   2. Make sure the Crestron Audio input is set correctly
   3. Make sure the Crestron Audio isn't set to mute
   4. Make sure the Crestron Audio volume isn't set to 0
3. The wrong input is displaying on the Projector, help!
   1. Check the input on the Crestron to ensure that it is set correctly
   2. Make sure the "Blank Screen" option is not selected
   3. Report to ctlt.itsupport@ubc.ca if the bulb is dim or burnt out
4. I turned on one projector but I wanted to use both, how do I turn the second one on?
   1. Using the Crestron, select the Projector you are currently using, and hit "Send to All Displays" - this will turn on the other projector and send the same source to it
