This is an interesting topic, and I think you've done a great job at beginning a conversation around the connection between mental illness and homelessness. However, I think there are a number of things that can be added to improve the relevance of your page.

Because you are focusing on mass media representations of mental illness and homelessness, it would be beneficial to focus on current media. The Metro Vancouver homeless count is an annual event, so instead of focusing mostly on the 2008 count, you could reference the 2014 count, or news coverage of this year's count. A simple google search brings up a number of articles that are relevant to your topic, including this Global News article that mentions Mayor Gregor's failed goal of eliminating street homelessness by 2015.

In your "what is being done..." section, it would be relevant to reference media coverage of steps that are currently being taken to help alleviate the number of homeless mentally ill individuals. For example, the CBC article on the newly built Taylor Manor, or Mayor Gregor's own statement on the steps he's taken, despite failing to meet his goal.

The "homelessness in Metro Vancouver" section could use some more information. Here, it would be relevant to perhaps break down the numbers of homeless (visible vs. invisible homelessness, demographics, ages?). And again, tying in some media coverage of would be helpful. There's lots to choose from (unfortunately!).

Thanks for choosing this topic! I'm glad to have to the chance to engage with it :)

(edit: I've made a few of these changes)
