Hey,

I think that Feminism in Rap and R&B is an interesting topic of choice! Your sub-topics are a great start to the wiki page. With your information on the background of these genres and examples of them, my suggestion to you is to maybe add a section on the importance of this topic and maybe how it relates even closer to feminism.

Good luck with the rest of your wiki!

I like the unique idea of Feminism in Rap and R&B. A few recommendations to strengthen the wiki page are.. 1. maybe provide more background information about rap and r&b. 2. a small biography or a description of the artists that you've provided for Rap and R&B would be nice. For example, you've listed Nicki Minaj in the "present day female artists", you could provide some information about how she plays a feminism role in rap. 3. since your topic revolves around music, referencing songs, or lyrics may help the content of your page! :)

I think that because Rap and R & B are so prevalent in pop culture, you will be able to find a tremendous amount of stuff linked to your topic. I think if you compare the women in this genre to women in another genre it can provide some insight on how different the two are and how they portray women. I really like how you chose to talk about Lil Kim, since she was one of the very first female artist to make it big not the hip hop stage. Im looking forward to reading your wiki once its complete!
