You using the right namespace http://wiki.ubc.ca/Documentation:Elearning:NewLMS/Accessing_Non-CWL_Services ? You guys used to do everything under Elearning:

Lynda and Sandra told me that I should be using Elearning:NewLMS for anything related to Blackboard. If there's somewhere else I should be using, I'm good with that.

I agree with them that is how you did it in the past. But you are adding the Namespace "Documentation" before the Namespace "Elearning" .

Correction - it was Jeanne who put it over in the documentation namespace. Yeah, let's move it over to Elearning:NewLMS.
