Getting started

Hey Everyone,

When reading over the various sub-sections of the "2. Introduction" I was thinking the definition of sex and gender, which is currently in "2.3 Introduction - Usefulness" would fit better in the first paragraph of "2.1 Introduction - History". Jaimie was suggesting that we beef up that first paragraph and tie it in with the second paragraph, and it seems quite strange to immediately start talking about measuring gender and the history of measuring gender without first defining it and differentiating it from sex. If there are no objections I will move it to that section and edit it.
