To whoever filled out this page copied my title and every single sub-header which I wrote down. Those were my ideas, my planning, and my brainstorm. The research was filled in my someone anonymous, but the title of this page and the sub-headings were all my idea.

To whoever filled out this page, they copied my work and simply filled out the blanks. To me personally, this is a form of plagiarism and I will be informing the course instructor of this.
