Wow! That was truly interesting and eye-opening. It's true that from what society has told us, we view deafness as something "wrong" that needs to be fixed and I've never realized how problematic this view is until I read your wiki page. I can't wait to see what the final product will be. My only concern is that I fail to see the connection to the course content but nevertheless a very interesting and necessary post!
