Setting up the Connection Between the Camera and the Computer

If the PPC software fails to recognize that the camera is connected, you may need to set up static IPs for the connection.

To do that, Go to “Control Panel” and Open “Network and Internet”. Find “Ethernet Status”. On the “Ethernet Status” dialog, click Properties. Then, select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”, and click Properties and enter the following settings:

IP Address: 100.100.100.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
Default Gateway: 137.82.41.254

Click Ok and go back to PPC software. Under Camera Settings dialog, choose “Manual Enter IP + version”, and enter the following settings:

IP: 100.100.116.228

Version: 120

Click Refresh. The Camera should be detected now.
