Property Law - Litchfield Unit 1 Epigram

From UBC Wiki

To the world:

Enjoy the use of X but no one other than I can make changes to X, or occasionally prohibit X's use.

Signed: The State

In this epigram X can be anything like a road, bridge, sidewalk or park. It is state owned therefore state property BUT the use of the property is public therefore it is also common property.

The occasional prohibition strengthens the idea that it is state property and accounts for road closures or renovations/construction of these common use properties.
