The University was founded by Christian British Columbians under Her Majesty Victoria, Queen and Empress in 1890, so that all British Columbians of any class whatsoever might obtain academical degrees. Various statutory conflagrations lead us to 1908 when the Christian King Edward VII Constitutes The University of British Columbia. The fundamental contract between the Monarch and Governed is expressed thusly by Bracton in his Tractatus de Legibus et Consuetudinibus Angliae, Of the oath the king must swear at his coronation:

In the first place, that to the utmost of his power he will employ his might to secure and will enjoin that true peace shall be maintained for the church of God and all Christian people throughout his reign. Secondly, that he will forbid rapacity to his subjects of all degrees. Thirdly, that he will cause all judgments to be given with equity and mercy, so that he may himself be shown the mercy of a clement and merciful God, in order that by his justice all men may enjoy unbroken peace.

Thus, the Monarch serves three purposes by oath:

1. To secure and enjoin true peace for the Church of God and all Christian people.
2. To forbid rapacity to his subjects of all degrees.
3. To cause all judgments to be given with equity and mercy.

Indeed, in Scotland they have fallen much further than in most places, for in Scotland the Coronation Oath has, since 1567, contained the following wham-wham stating that the King shall

reule the pepill committit to thair charge according to the will and command of God reuelit in his foirsaid word and according to the louabill Lawis and constitutiounis ressaifit in this Realme nawyse repugnant to the said word of the eternall God And sall procure to the vttermaist of thair power to the Kirk of God and haill cristiane pepil trew and perfyte peice in all tyme cuming

The University of British Columbia is out of order; it no longer serves the purposes for which Victoria and Edward constituted it. It has been overtaken by internationally minded socialists who reject the Law of God and Gospel as the basis for Commonwealth Government. If University educated people were able to read half as well as they claim they are able to read, it would be a slam-dunk to return to proper Government, for Canada's own Charter, 1982 states that "Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law."

If God is Supreme, therefore God's Law, that is, the Law of the Supreme, must be the supreme Rule of Law. Very simple reading. Anything contrary, therefore, to the Law of God, is of no force or effect, is void in the Law and is holden for none.

An interesting question: where does the Chancellor of The University of British Columbia sit in relation to Jesus Christ? Who is the Superior Officer, as it were?
