Mentor Program

Each mentor TA (senior-level TAs) is assigned 4-5 new TAs, who meet with their TAs for 6 hours across the term. Meetings include:

Introductory meeting
Observation of new TA in class
Follow-up meeting
Second observation cycle or peer-observation (new TA observes another new TA, facilitated by the respective mentors)
Follow-up meeting facilitated by the mentor TA
