2. Reserve section (on the main floor beside the Information Desk)

You can see the full list of items on reserve in Connect under the specific course. Print copies of required and recommended readings (books and articles) are in the Reserve Section of Woodward Library. Generally, the loan periods for these books are 2-hours, 1-day or 3-days.

If you have the title of a book on reserve, find the call number by doing a title search in the library catalogue (Books & Media tab from library home page). You can tell it's a book on reserve by checking the Location.

3. Stacks (second and third floors)

Here is where the rest of the print books are shelved, the majority of which have a 2-week loan period. Books are located on the second or third floor depending on their call numbers:

Woodward Second and Third Floor Call Number Range
second floor A - V
third floor W - Z

4. Storage (staff area)

Here is where the older books that are not used very often are shelved. You can ask a staff member at the Information Desk to retrieve this book for you. From the catalogue record, you need to copy down the title, call number and storage location (e.g. WD1 etc.).
