Deviled Eggs

From UBC Wiki

Recipe by Gabriel Lascu

Ingredients

6 eggs

2-3 tablespoon of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of sour cream

1 teaspoon of mustard

1-2 pickles

parsley

salt

pepper

Directions

Place eggs in a pan and cover with water. Boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and place in ice water. Let cool down to room temperature.

Peel under cold running water. Slice eggs in half, remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Smash the yolks with a fork and add all the ingredients (see the list). Mix everything into a paste. Fill the whites and arrange them on a plate covered with lettuce.

Decorate each filled egg with black olives, stuffed olives, sliced pickles, peppers or other vegetables. Sliced smoked salmon and caviar can turn your eggs into little birds or animals. I am sure that the attached images will tickle your imagination.
