Welcome to MECH 598/698 Applied Mechanics Seminars web page!
The goal of this course is to share research carried out in the area of applied mechanics in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UBC. Through informal presentation seminars, the students will exchange ideas, learn from someone's else work and gain presentation and communication skills. Presentation should be prepared in advance and rehearsed with assigned moderators. The presentations should be prepared to show a summary of your research and will be evaluated by professors in the area of Applied Mechanics.
Unprepared, low quality and routine presentations are discouraged.
