My lesson is called Shifting Commitments: Safety, Security and Sacrifice in a Changing World. It is intended for Social Studies 11 could also be used in History 12, Philosophy and Social Justice. I made the situated documentary game as a component of this assignment earlier in the term and ran it with my SS 11 classes. Give it a go if you feel like it. My Lesson is on reduction potentials in redox reactions. I will be using this lesson on Tuesday of this week. It is intended for my grade 12 Chemistry class and is designed to be a lesson they can do with a TOC in case I cannot be there. This lesson is designed to lead into the construction of a voltaic cell lesson the next day. I am using a simulation by Thomas Greenbowe of Iowa State University.
