In respect to the underlying themes of this UBC MET course, we have focused our work on the opportunity landscape of commercial makerspaces. The million dollar question is: can we create a business which helps advance educational goals and make a profit at the same time? This group believes that makerspaces offer a rare chance to fulfill both of those needs.
