Promotion Status: progressing well towards promotion

Both Google Docs and Google Sites receive a passing grade for being free, easy to use, easy to set up, up-to-date, meeting user needs, and providing endless collaboration opportunities.

However, users should be aware that they could lose their content if Google ever disappears and there are hidden costs regarding hardware, servers and training.

Overall, we ranked Google docs slightly higher in the areas of stability, usability and future potential.
